The work

Each visit is an hour long. You’ll spend it doing whatever the family has chosen — chatting, walking, playing cards, reading the paper, helping with the phone, cooking something simple, or running an errand together. You’re not a caregiver. You’re the kind of person the week was missing.
The pay
Competitive hourly pay. You choose your hours.
Paid weekly via direct deposit. Set your own availability and service radius. Accept the requests that work for you, decline the ones that don’t. We’ll never penalize you for saying no — only for not showing up when you said yes.

Requirements
These are non-negotiable — they’re what lets families trust us with the people they love.
- 18 or older
- Legal work authorization in the US
- Clean criminal background (we run a check)
- Two references we can actually call
- Comfortable being interviewed by our team
