Booking an hour of good company is quick.
Most families book their first visit in under five minutes. Here's the whole flow, start to finish.

Create an account and add your person
Sign up in under a minute. Add the older adult you're booking for — their address, interests, mobility notes, and anything a companion should know to make the hour feel easy. You can save multiple people (both parents, a grandparent next door) under one account.

Choose the date, time, and what you'd like to do
Pick an hour that works. Select from our activity menu — conversation, a walk, cards, reading, meal prep, an errand together. Companions arrive prepared for what you've asked.

We show you who's available
You'll see every companion near you, grouped three ways: available at your exact time, available that day at a different time, and nearby with other openings. No empty list — only what's actually possible.

Request a companion
Pick the one that feels like the right fit and send a request. We'll place a hold on your card, but you won't be charged yet.
- 05
The companion accepts
Companions have 24 hours to accept. When they do, your card is charged and an in-app chat opens so you can share anything helpful ahead of the visit.
- 06
They pop over
An hour of real, warm company. Afterwards you'll leave a short review, and the companion becomes someone you can rebook directly next time.

Payment
Cards are authorized when you request and charged only when a companion accepts. If no one accepts within 24 hours, the hold is released automatically.
Bundles
Save by buying visits in packs of 5 or 10. Bundle credits are charged upfront and never expire — use them whenever it suits.
Cancellations
Cancel free up to 48 hours before the visit. Within 48 hours, a visit is non-refundable. If a companion cancels or no-shows on you, you'll receive a full refund and a free visit credit on us.
Safety
Every companion passes a criminal background check, an interview with our team, and reference calls before taking a single visit. All coordination happens through our in-app chat, with your details kept private.
